with diddy at a MTV vm's Afterparty back in 2000 according to documents obtained by Fox News digital tonight the lawsuit which was initially filed back in October was refiled tonight in New York by an anonymous ACC accuser claiming Jay-Z whose full name is sha Carter her while comes and a celebrity B watch so that celebrity other celebrity was not named initially the lawsuit stated Combs the minor while celebrity a and celebrity B watched Carter was named as celebrity a in the refiled law suit representatives for Jay-Z did not immediately respond to Fox News digital request four comments Colmes and Carter allegedly quote took turns assaulting the minor according to the lawsuit many others were present at the Afterparty but did nothing to stop the assault it alleges the 13-year-old girl was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall by a friend as she wanted to attend the MTV Video Music Awards back in 2000 according to the lawsuit in an attempt to gain entry to The Venue she began approaching limousine drivers w waiting outside the celebrity filled event one of the limousine drivers she spoke to claimed to work for Diddy the lawsuit read he told her that comes liked younger girl younger girls and said that quote she fit what Diddy was looking for not allowing her into the awards but inviting her to an Afterparty the 13-year-old quote recognized many celebrities upon arrival at the party and was required to sign a non-disclosure agreement however she was not given a copy Colmes who would have been 30 years old at the time then allegedly attempted to force the girl to perform on him he stopped after she hit him in the neck according to the lawsuit here so now Jay-Z being accused in this now 24 years ago a 13-year-old alongside diddy at an Afterparty here so these are the and can reactivate at times of stress he experienced something similar after an accident in college I did have complete left-sided facial paralysis really for about six or seven months before I slowly start to recover I can remember just how devastating that is how devastating it was to have P have people staring at me and really ignoring what I'm saying because they're wondering what's going on with my face wow oh he said there is hope for everyone who has facial paralysis there are a lot of new treatments that have been discovered in the past several years did you see Justin's Instagram video when he first revealed his condition many experts have weighed in will Justin Bieber recover from his facial paralysis is his face going to get better guys we know he has ramsy Hunt Syndrome with a male and female celebrity entered the room and Colmes allegedly grabbed her and said you are ready to party well now celebrity a who was that unnamed celebrity has been identified as Shawn Carter this is a part of a newly filed amended complaint and it reads hmes then threw plff toward a wall causing plff to fall plff got up and stumbled at which point Colmes grabbed her again and threw her on the bed at that point Carter began removing plaintiff's clothes as she grew more and more dis oriented the other incident that Fox 10 talked about was a shocking video of Justin having a
